Terms of Service
Effective July 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Giwise websites and services. By using Giwise, you agree to these Terms.
Giwise's role
Giwise provides software that helps clinics collect context, organize workflow, and support provider review. Giwise is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, prescribe, provide treatment, or replace professional clinical judgment. Decisions about care remain with you and your licensed provider.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. If you use Giwise through a clinic, that clinic may control your access to particular services.
Appropriate use
You may use Giwise only for its intended, lawful purposes. You may not:
- access another person's account or information without authorization;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of Giwise;
- use Giwise to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or
- copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Giwise except as permitted by law.
Health and emergency information
Giwise is not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on Giwise for urgent care or emergency communications. Information presented in Giwise is not a substitute for advice from your provider.
Third-party services
Giwise may allow you to connect third-party services, including Oura. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Oura connection and any provider sharing are optional and require your separate authorization. You may disconnect a third-party service, revoke sharing, or request deletion through available controls or by contacting us. We use connected-device data only for the disclosed authorized purpose and do not use Oura data to train AI or machine-learning models.
Intellectual property
Giwise and its content, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to GiWise, Inc. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Giwise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiWise, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Giwise.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the security and operation of the service. These Terms do not limit rights or obligations that a clinic and its patients may have under separate care, consent, or payment agreements.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the effective date. If you have questions, contact us at hello@giwise.co. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where GiWise, Inc. is organized, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
